Looking Up?

Yep, another shot from the weekend. I like landscape shots, but I'm just not good at them... I look at them when I get home and feel like they're bland, boring, uninspired, and usually lacking a focal point. So when I saw this strange looking tree trunk, I thought I'd give it a shot and see how it came out. I followed that good ol' rule of thirds, took a few shots, and moved on. When I got home, I was kind of happy with the result... but maybe that's just because the logs look like a turtle to me, looking up?
