Cup of Tea?

More snow outside... I thought I had the perfect idea for a photo. Stopped to take some shots after work and wandered around in the slushy snow, only to end up with nothing sensational. So, I came home and made a cup of tea, which made everything seem better. I've started using loose leaf tea instead of tea bags, and this vanilla blend is perfect for a cozy night in. Yum!

Nicely done. But I didn't think Americans drank tea. I'm not a tea drinker, per se, but in Japan I'm always being given green tea and other kinds of hot beverages which I wouldn't make for myself...

I tried to get the steam... just couldn't capture it! I was too impatient to drink it to keep trying any longer.

Heh, I'm more of either a green tea or black tea person. Not terribly fond of sweeter teas...

Very nice product shot. I like the angle that you shot this at because it shows that there is indeed something in the cup. I love your kitty mug! The only thing I would change would be to give the handle a bit more room. Terrific shot!
